Helen Green Design is delighted to announce that we are a founding member of luxury, international design group Allect, together with the super-prime full-service specialists Rigby & Rigby and interior and yacht designer Lawson Robb.
The Allect Design Group was founded to bring together some of the finest names in architecture, interior, yacht and product design; maximising their ability to achieve excellence and promoting their growth in new markets.
‘Allect’ is derived from the Latin word ‘allecto’, meaning to ‘entice and allure’— the power to elicit an emotional response through the beauty and craft of discerning design. This is a sentiment that resonates with both brands within the Allect stable and provides a brief to guide the group’s future acquisition strategy.
Iain Johnson, director of Allect, sees the multi-brand structure, which works across design disciplines, as a first within the luxury property design and development sector.
“Allect’s mission is to foster an unrivalled level of creativity, innovation and excellence, accelerating growth and ensuring the group’s success,” says Iain, “It will encourage synergy between brands, whilst ensuring they continue to operate in an autonomous and responsive manner.”
“Helen Green Design will continue with its focus on excellence in interior design; building on an impeccable reputation for a soft, feminine and layered aesthetic, coupled with eclectic, British design-led influences, through the commissioning of striking pieces of art, sculpture and products, by talented British designers. The development of an exclusive HGD product range will also become central to their growth, along with ventures in the luxury yacht market and boutique commercial projects.”
