New Project – Private Villa in Emerald Hills, Dubai

We are thrilled to announce that Helen Green Design studio commenced the design of a unique private villa, located on Emerald Hills estate in Dubai.

Emerald Hills is a new residential project developed by the leading real estate company Emaar Properties. Featuring a peaceful environment and spacious lush parks, Emerald Hills is an embodiment of harmony and nature. Since the community is in close proximity to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, residents of Emerald Hills can easily reach other key areas of Dubai. Located in Dubai Hills, the most serene and green area of Dubai, the community is ideal for those preferring a measured lifestyle.
